The meeting began with a brief review of the August meeting, there were no minutes.

Street Fair reservations: $ 5,725.
Street Fair Sponsors: $ 1,450.
Costs associate with music, suppliers, insurance: $ 6,908.
September 10 balance: $11, 972.53.
Continuation of the 2014 discounted membership was discussed, discussion postponed.
Inconclusive discussion regarding a long-range marketing plan.
2014 Chamber sponsored Street Fair: September 27, noon to 11PM.

80± booths reserved to date
2 stage venues: Pavilion – activities noon through 5PM; Main Stage – Music noon through
10:30PM.
Confirmed entertainment schedule, vendors & locations – limits for food & jewelry, bar truck: local
brews.
Yard signs, posters, & flyers were available for distribution & posting. There was some discussion
about the legibility of the yard signs concluding that any changes be made for the following
year’s promotions.
Soliciting volunteers to work during the event in various capacities
Access to Square limited Friday noon to Monday noon, no vendor traffic Saturday after 11AM.
Location for October meeting TBA.
