only specializes in remolding historic homes he enjoys new home building as well. If he can’t fix it he knows someone that can. He enjoys the challenges of finding new technology to keep water out of the older homes and using new synthetic materials that are available. Water removal in historical homes can be a challenge. Scott recently remodeled the bathrooms in Glendale’s parks and improved the water drainage 100%.
