Membership reverts to the pre-anniversary 50% discount.
Secretary: there was no November or December (Holiday Dinner) minutes.
2015 Chamber sponsored Street Fair: September 26.
Beer & Wine Festival is expected to take place the weekend after Labor Day.
There was some discussion regarding length of time most advantageous between the two events and the
different character of attendees that each draws.
The Annual Andy Caress Mela-Know-ma Run is scheduled for May 16th.
Adex submitted an informal proposal for signage at the village entry points to direct people to commercial
areas.
Suggestions were made to:
Repurpose or rent the large, grandfathered sign at the gas station opposite the police department.
Re-hang/replace the banners removed during street scaping on Sharon in front of the village square.
Make the banners larger & in colors resulting in better visibility.
Include maps &/or signs at the five village bulletin boards.
Insurance: Chamber liability is currently expensive for an organization that owns no property; Mr. Smith is researching for better value.
Charities: Dinni Agricola briefly addressed the need to decide what charities the chamber would sponsor, listing several that her company supports.
Membership:
There was optimism shared is a brief conversation regarding new tenants in several vacant businesses.

Planters in the square – shared thoughts regarding consistent care.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 11th, Wednesday, 5:30PM, tentatively at the depot/museum, & open to the public for the purpose of promoting membership.
